One of my favorite parts of family photos is capturing genuine emotion and authentic interactions between the family members. Where better to capture that than the family’s home? That’s exactly what we did for the Matlock family!

Kristen and Miller had a big year. They became a family of three and welcomed their first child, Teddy. I loved getting to capture newborn photos of Teddy’s fun personality. Soon after, they bought their first home for their growing family and got to move in right before Christmas! They wanted to capture these major moments through family and newborn photos at their new home in Dallas.

I got to take photos of the Matlocks last year, just before they found out they were expecting. It was an absolute joy to be able to capture these first few moments as a family of three!
